REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION
CONTRACT TO THORENFELDT CONSTRUCTION, INC. IN
AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $479,300 FOR THE SECOND
FLOOR TENANT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AT 472 GRAND
AVENUE/306 SPRUCE AVENUE AND APPROVING THE
PROJECT BUDGET IN THE AMOUNT OF $599,125
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency desires to award the construction contract to the
lowest responsible bidder, Thorenfeldt Construction, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $479,300;
and
WHEREAS, this project has been included in the 1998-99 Downtown Central
Redevelopment Area budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
South San Francisco that it hereby awards a construction contract to Thorenfeldt Construction,
Inc. in an amount not to exceed $479,300 for the second floor tenant improvement project at 472
Grand Avenue/306 Spruce Avenue and approving the project budget in the amount of $599,125.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco at a Regularmeeting held on the lOth

AYES: Boardmembers Joseph A. Fernekes, Eugene R. Nullin, John R.
