RE~OLVED by the city council of the City of South San Francisco as follows:
Pursuant to the permission granted in Section 459 of the Vehicle Code, Sub-
~ivision (g), said ci!y council hereby designates the following streets and a~enues
where the dri~er or operator of any vehicle shall stop such vehicle before entering
upon the respective streets or a%~enues hereinafter named, as follows:
(t) Upon ~aple Avenue from Fourth Lane and ~chool Street.
(u) Upon Armour Avenue from ~chool ~treet.
The chief of ~olice is hereby autho~z~:d and reo~uired to rlace and maintain,
or to be caused to be ~laced and maintained, u~on each and ever[~ street 'ntersecting another
street, '-here the ~erator is required to stop su~.h veLicle, and at or near the Dropert~~
line,of such ~treet, apvropriate signs u?on the street or divices or ~arks !n the road-

in such Nosition and with letters of a size to be clearl,~ legible from a distance of fifty
