There is excepted from the streets and avenues hereinbefore described, all paved portions thereof and all sidewalk areas and areas of existing driveways which are covered with concrete or other sidewalk material· There is also excepted from said streets and avenues the portions thereof upon which, for any cause, weeds are not now growing, or from which weeds have been removed prior to the date of the passage of this resolution. There is also excepted from the land ~ereinbefore described all land in front of which the entire area.b~ween the curb and corresponding property line is covered by a side walk~ Res. 804 The superintendent of streets is hereby directed to cause to be conspicuously posted in front of all property, in front of which said nuisance exists, and not more than one Hundred (100) feet in distance apart, but not less than three ~3) in all, notices headed "Notices to DeStroy Weeds", in the manner and from required by law.
