RESC~UTION ORDERING ABATP~ENT OF WEEDS
1941
WHEREAS the City 0ouncil of the City of South San Francisco died, .on the 21st day
of April, 1941, pass its resolution of intention to abate the nuisance caused by weeds
growing upon the streets in said resolution described, which resolution was amended by
a resolution passed by said City Coundil on the 25th~ day of April, 1941; and
WHEREAS notices to destroy weeds have been conspicuously posted in front of all
the property in front of which said weeds are growing, in the manner and form required b;
law, and that the' posting of said notices was complected on the 13th day of May, 1941;
WHEREAS no person ha~ objected or protested a g~inst the proposed removal of said
RESOLVED by the city council of the City of South San Francisco that the street
superintendent of said city be, ar~ he is hereby ordered to abate said muisance by havin~
the weeds referred to in said resolution of intention, as amended, ~emoved.
