RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED OF RIGHT OF WAY
F~OM HENRY P. CARREY AND ARVILLA M. CARREY, HIS
WIFE
RESOLVED by the City Council of. the City of South San ~ancisco that said City
of Bouth S~u Fra~n~isco hereby accepts that certain deed, dated ~une 5, 1941,
wherein Henx,y P. Carrey and A~villa M. Oarrey, his wife, convey to said City of
South San Francisco a right of way for the construction and maintenance of a
sanitar~ sewer in and through all that certain tract or parcel of laud situate in
the City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California, and
described as follows, to-wit:
A strip of land five (5) feet in width and adjacent to the southerly boundary
line of lot numbered thirteen ClX) in block lettered "E", as shown upon that certain
map entitled "Nap of Peck's Subdivision. No. 1 South Sau~Francisco, San Mateo Co. Cal."
which map was filed in the office of the County Hecorder of the County of San Mateo, '
California, June 24, 1907, and recorded in Book 5 of Maps at page ll.
The city clerk is hereby dtrec'~ed to cause said deed together with a certified copy
of this resolution, to be recorded in the office of the county recorder of t~e County
of San Mateo, California.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the city council of the city of south San Francisco, this 21st day of July, 1941,
by the following vote:
