RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DDED OF RIGHT OF WAY FROM
ROSIE JOHN
RESOLVED BY the city council of the city of South San Francisco that said City of
South San Francisco hereby, accepts tha~t certain deed, dated June 5, 1941, wherein
Rosie John conveys to said City of South San Francisco a right of way for the con-
structlon and maintenance of a sanitary sewer in and through all that certain tract
or parcel of land situate in the City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo,
State of California, and described as follows, to-wit:
A strip of land five (5) feet in width and adjacent to the easterly boundary line
of lot numbered twelve (12) in block lettered "E", as shown upon that certain map
entitled "Map of Peck's Subdivision No. 1 South San Francisco, San Mateo Co. Cal.,
which map was filed in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo,
california, June 24, 1907, and recorded in Book 5 of Maps at page ll.
The city clerk is hereby directed to cause said deed, together with a certified
copy of this resolution, to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the
County of San Mateo, California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the city co~mucil of the city of South San F~ancisco this 21st day of July, 1941~
by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen V. Boido, Rod Tibbetts, George W. Holston, D. W. Hatto
Noes, Councilmen None Absent, Councilmen Reese Lloyd
