REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACT AMENDMENT WITH
PACIFIC RELOCATION CONSULTANTS
WHEREAS, staff desires to amend a contract with Pacific Relocation Consultants; and
WHEREAS, approval of this resolution will allow the implementation of the development plan for
the Harbor Way area and facilitate the relocation of the five businesses impacted by plan implementation at
no direct cost to the Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South
San Francisco that it hereby approves a contract amendment with Pacific Relocation Consultants.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco at a Re~ularneeting held on the26th day of
l~Iay ,1999 by the following vote:
AYES: Boardmembers Joseph A. Fernekes, Eugene R. ~iullin, and John R.
Penna, Vice Chair Kar¥1 Hatsumoto, and Chairman James L. Datzman.
NOES: None.
ABSTAIN: None.
ABSENT: None.
