RESOLUTION FIXING TA% RATE FOR FISCAL TEAR

RESOLVED by the city council of the city of South San Francisco that the
number of cents to be paid to said city of South San Francisco upon each one hundred
(100) dollars of t~e property taxable by said municipality within said city of South
San Francisco, and hereby levied upon for the purposes of the several ~nds herein-
after named for the fiscal year beginni~ng July l, 1941, and ending June 30, 1942,
be, and tf~e same hereby are designated as follows:
ON ALL PROPERTY CONTAINED WITHIN.THE ORIGINAL CORPORATE
BOUNDARIES OF SAID CITY OF S0~Y~ SAN FRANCISCO

And said city council hereby fixes the rate o~ taxes of said city at the
sum of one and 26/100 Dollars ($1.26) upon each one hundred (100) dollars of the
property taxable by said municipality and contained within the original corporate
boundaries of said City of South San Francisco, the same being the aggregate of the
amounts set opposite the foregoing funds, and hereby levies the sum of One and 26/100
Dollars ($1.26) upon each one hundred (100) dollars of all property taxable by said
muncipality and contained within the original corporate boundaries of said city of
South San Francisco, and orders the same to be collected.

And said city council hereby fixes the rate of taxes of said city at the
sum of One and 24/100 Dollars ($1.24) upon each one hundred (100) dollars of the prop-
erty taxable'by said municipality which is contained within the boundaries of the land
annexed to said City of South San Francisco by a special election held l.~arch 13, 1916,
the same being the ag.~regate of the amounts set~ opposite the funds last hereinbefore set
forth, and hereby levies the sum of One and 24/100 Dollars (.~1.24) upon each one hundred
(100) dollars of all the property taxable by said municipality within the boundaries of
the land annexed to said City of South San Francisco as aforesaid, and orders the same
to be collected.

I hereby certify that t~e foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the city council of the city of South San Francisco, this 2nd day of September,
1941, by the following vote:
