RESOLUTION I~AKING CERTAIN DECLARATIONS
WiTH REFERENCE TO T!fE SUBDIVISION ~[AP
OF SOUTt~f~OOD IN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO.
RESOLVED by the city council of the City of South San ~-k~aneisco as follows:
Said city council states that, on the 28th day of October, 1~40, a certain map entitled:
"Southwood ~Iap No. I South San Francisco, Calif.", which map was filed in the office of
the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, California, November l, 1940, in Volume 23
of Maps at page 8, was presented to said city council and city council authorized the
recordation of said map and accepted all streets, avenues, drives and easements and other
parcels of land offered for dedication for public use in conformity with the terms of
the offer of dedication appearing on said map.
Provision has been made by California Water Service Company, a corporation, for tile
service of water to the land included within the above mentioned map, and provision has
also been made by Pacific Gas & Electric Company, a corporation, for the service of gas
and electricity to said land.
The work of improving the streets and avenues delineated upon said map has been
approved by. said city council.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the city council of the City of South San Francisco, this llth day of ~ugust, 1941,
by the following vote:

Noes, Councilmen
V. Boido, George W. Holston, Reese Lloyd, D. W. Ratto, Rod £ibbetts
