RESOLUTION APPROVING FORM (F DEED TO BE
GIVEN TO CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO. '
RESOLVED by the city council of the City of South San Francisco that said city
council approv~es the form of deed, heretofore submitted by the city and county of San
Francisco~ to convey to said City of South San Francisco a right of way or easement for
the purpose of constructing and maintaining a public highway upon that certain tract or
parcel of land sityate in the City of South San Francisco, County o£ San Mateo, State of
California, and particularly described as follows:
COM~ENCING at the point of intersection of the southwesterly line of the State
Highway known as E1 Camino Real with the southeasterly boundary line of the 1.813 acre
parcel of land conveyed, to the City and County of San Francisco by the California Golf
Club of San Francisco by deed dated Marc~ 12, 1937, and recorded May 3, 1937 in Book 749
Official Records at page 14 San Mateo County records; ~unning thence from' said ~oint' of
ccmmnencement along said southeasterly boundary of said 1.813 acre parcel, S. 63 36' 10"
W. ll0.05 feet to a point; thence nortl~easterly along the arc of a curve to t~e right with
a radius of 330 feet (tangent to said curve at last mentioned point bears N. 39° 31' 20"
E.) through an angle of 19o 48' 86" for a distance of 114.13 feet to t~e said southwesterly
line of E1 Camino Real; t~ence along said soutt~westerly line S. 26° 41' 50" E. 27.81 feet
to the point of con~nencement.
Containing 1, 900 square feet more or less.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the city council of the city of Soutt~ San Francisco, this 2nd day of February, 1942,
