RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LEASE BY CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRA~CISCO WITH ERCOLE LAZZARI
RESOLVED by the city council of the city of South San Francisco treat said
city lease from ERCOLE LAZZARI all that certain real property situate in the c:ty of South
San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California, and described as follows:
The southerly seventy (70) feet, front and rear measurements, of lot number-
ed fourteen (14) and fifteen (15) in block numbered one hundred and twenty-five (125),
as shown upon that certain map entitled: "South San Francisco, San Mateo Co. Cal. Plat
No. 1", whic~ map was filed in the office of the county recorder of the county of San ~Iateo,
California, March l, 1892, and recorded in i~ap Book No. 2 at page 52, for the period of five
(5'~ years co~uencing on the 1st day of ~,,~arch, 1942, at the monthly rent of tv~enty Dollars
($~0.00) payable monthly in advance on each month of such term.
The lease hreby authorized to be entered into between said Ercole Lazzari and
said city shall provide that said premises may be used as a recr.o~ation center only, and
said city snell keep the same in repair ~uring the t~rm of the lease, and said city may
erect additional structures thereon and may, from time to time, make such alterations and
improvements as said city may deem necessary for the purposes of a recreation center. Such
lease shall also provide that, at the termination of the lease, said city may remove from
said premises all structures and fixtures of every character which said city may attach
to s aid premises during the term of said lease.
The mayor and city clerk are hereby authorized and df_rected, in the name of
said city of South San Francisco and under its seal, to exec~e such lease in behalf of
said city of South San Francisco.
