RESOLUTION ORDERING ABATE}~NT OF ~DS
WHEREAS the city council of the City of South San Francisco did, on the 18th
day of Nay, 19~2, pass its reolution of intention to abate the nuisance caused by
weeds growing upon the streets in said resolution described; and
WHEREAS notices to destroy weeds have been conspicuously posted in front of
all the property in front of which said weeds are growing, in the manner and-rom
required by law, and that t~e posting of said notices was completed on the 26th day
of May, 19~2~ ar~
WHEREAS no person has objected to or protested against~the proposed removal
of said weeds;
RESOLVED by tt~e city council of the City of South San Frmncisco that the street
superintendent of said city be, and he is hereby ordered to abate said nuisance by
having the weeds referred to in said resolution of intention removed.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by t~e city council of the city of South San Francisco, this 1st day of June,
1942, by the following vote:
