RESOLUTION VACATING RESOLUTION OF I}~ENTION TO
ABANDON AND DISCONTIN%4E PARK LANDe

RESOLVED by the city council of the City of South San Francisco that the resolution
entitled: "Resolution of Intention to abandon and discontinue park laud" the same being
resolution No. 8&0, which resolution of intention was adopted by said city council on
the 17th day-of November, 19Al, and in which ~esolution said city council did declare
its intention to abandon and discontinue, as a park, all that certain tract or parcel of
land situate~ in the city of South San Francisco, County of San ~ateo, State of .California~
and particularly described as follows, to-wit:
BEGIN~ING~at a point which bears north l~° ll' east, 350.09 feet from the intersection
of the centerline of Eucalyptus Avenue with the north line of ~;~iller Avenue, as said
avenues are ~hown on that certain map entitled, "~ap of South San Francisco, P.lat No. l"
recorded ~arch l~ 1892, in Vol. 2 of ~aps at page ~2, San ~ateo County ~eco~ds, running
thence north~9O ~5' east 5~Z.78'; thence south 89° 08' east 18.70 feet; thence on a cuz~ce
to rht right~ having a radius of ~.5.00 feet and a central angle of 19° ~4', a distance
of 78.18 feet; thence tangent to-said curve south 89° ~0' east ll3.&3 feet; thence on a
curve to the~right~ having a radius of 1~5.00 feet and a central angle ~of 108° 0~', ~a
distance of 231.~3 feet; thence tangent to said last curve south 58o 2B' west 13.74-feet;
thence cna curve to the left, having a radius of SS0.00 feet, and u central angle of ~8°
19.', a distance of 180.05 feet; thence tangent to said last curve south l0° 10' west
71~18'; thence on a cur~e to the.~left, having a radius of ~50.00 feet, a central angle of
18~ 00' and whose chord bears south ~ 10' west 1P. 5.~5 feet, a distance of 1~.86 feet;
thence north ~o ~. west, ~88.~ feet to the point of beginning; containing 3.3G5 acres,

be, and the same hereby is vacated and set aside.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
hy the city council of the city of South San Francisco, this 7th day of July, 19&2, by
the following vote:
