RESOLVED by the city council of the city of south San Francisco that said city
council hereby accepts, in behalf of said city of South San t rancis co, that certain deed,
dated August 31, 1942, wherein American Homes, a copartnership consisting of Geo. W.
Williams and F. F. Burrows, grant to said city of South San Francisco a right of way for
the construction and maintenance of a storm water drain upon, in and .through all that
certain tract or parc$1 of land Situate in the city of South San Francisco, County of San
~ate°, State of California, and particularly described as follows, to"v~[t:
A strip of la~d six feet in width, adjacent to, and concentric with the south-
westerly property lise of E1 Camino Real, or State Hi?~way; beginning at the northwest-
erly line of that certain laud conveyed by the California Gold Club of San Francisco, a
co~oration, to American Homes, Inc., a corporation, by d_eed dated July 15, 1940, record-
ed in Book 909 of Official Records at page 103, San ~Iateo County Records; and runni~ 1V0
feet southeasterly therefrom.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro'~"uced and-adopted
by the city council of the city of South San Francisco this 14th day of September, 1942, ~j
