0~.[E%IC~ ACTION TO ACQUI~J TITLE TO
LOTS 1 and 2 SAN BRUNO ROAD TRACT
RESOLVED by the city council of the city of South San Francisco, that said city
commence an action, in the Superior Court of th~ State of California in and for the county
of San [~'lateo, in eminent ~omain, to acquire titl% for the public use, to the land herein-
after described and, in such action,' ask, said Superior Court for ~an order permitting said
city to take immeidate possession of said land for said purposes.
The city attorney is hereby author zed and directed to take all such legal steps
as may be necessary to carry the purposes and intention of this ~esolution into effect.
The ci-y clerk is hereby authorized and directed to verify any and all do'cuments
which may be necessary in connection with ranch action in eminent domain.
The land hereinbefore referred to consists of all t/mt certain parcel of lmnd
situate in the city of South S~n Francisco, County of San ~.!ateo, State of California,

All that certain parcel of land situate in the county of San ~ate% State of
California, and bounded b~ th-e followin~j:~ described line:
Beginning at the point of intersection'of the northeasterly line of Butler ~oad
in the city of South San Francisco with the southeasterly boundary line of land conveyed
to State of Cal fornia as a portion of the Bayshore High;ay by deed recorded in Volume
$8~ of Official Records at page Z88, San ~,!ateo Co~mty Records; thence alor~g said boundary
line of land so conveyed to State of California N 51o 0~'-~9" E 5~.8V feet to the North
easterly boundary line of land uonveyed by deed from South San Francisco Land and Improveme~
Company 'to Edwin C. Peck dated May 28, 1924 and recorded June % 19E~ in Volume 121 of
Official Records at page I 57, San Mateo County Records; thence along said Northeasterly
boundary line of land so conveyed to Peck S $8° 85' 21" E 80.47 feet to the most Easterly
corner th%reef; thence along the Southeasterly boundary line of said lands so uonveyed to
Peck S 51 08' $9" W ~5.~1 feet to said Northeasterly line of Butler Road; thence along
said. last named line N 52° 27' 51" W 82.78 feet to the point of beginni~.
Being all of 'that portion of wi~at is knovm as Lots 1 and 2 of San [:~runo Road
Tract lying Southwesterly of said Boutheasterly boundary lihe bf Bayshore Highway.
Also being the parcel of land acquired by Peter Lind Jr. by deed recorded I.,~ay
