RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COU~OIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO ADOPTING BUDGE~ AND APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF
AGREEMENT F~R EXPENDITURE OF ,A CENT GA~ TAX ALLOCATED
FOR STREET OF MAJOR IMPORTANCE.
W~EREA~, a memox~ndum of agreement has been presented to be entered into with the State of
California in accordance with a p~oJect statement for expenditure of t'~e } cent gas tax
for the fiscal yea~ 1~43 allocated for street of major importance other than State highways
in the city of South 3an Francis co; ami
WHEREA~, the city council has heard read said agreement in full ~ is familiar with
the contents thereof;
THER_~RE, be it resolved by the city council of the City of South 3an F~ancisco that
said~proJect statement be and is hereby adopted as the budget of proposed expenditures of
the , cent gas tax allocated for streets of major importance other than State highways,
~ said agreement be ar~ t~e same is hereby approved.and the mayor ~ the city clerk
are directed to sign the same on behalf of said City, said agreement to be binding upon
the city upon its execution by the authorized officials of the state.
