RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT BE~EEN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO AND THE STATE OF CALIFC~NIA WITH RESPECT TO CONSTRUCTION
AND MAINTENANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS ON BUTLER AVENUE.
RESOLVED by the city council of the city of south San Francisco that said city
enter into an agreement with the State of California, Department of Public Works,
Division of Highways, dated the first day of February, 1~3, with respect to the con-
struction and maintenamce of improvements on Butler Avenue, also known as Butler Road,
between U. S. 101 (by~ass), designated by the Public Roads Administration as Project
DA-NI 37. .
The Mayor and the city clerk of said City a~e hereby authorized and directed,
in the name of said City and under its seal, to execute .~he agreement authorized here-

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the city council of the City of South San Francisco this first day of
February, 1~3, by the following vote:
