A RESOLUTION OF TEE CITY COUNCIL ~MENDING THE
ESTABLISHED PERSONNEL RULES AND REGULATIONS OF
THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco t~at the
"Established Personnel Rules and Regulations of the City of South San Francisco,"
adopted by the Oity Council on t~e l§th day of February, 1945, be, and the same
hereby are mmsmdedas follows:~
Section l. Section 4 of Rule I, as amended, s~all read as follows:
Section 4. "Board": The Board of Review established in pursuance of the
ordinance creatihg a personnel system fo~ the city.
Section 2. Section 2 of Rule III of said rules, as amended, small read as
follow s:
Section 2. "Quorum": Two members of the Board' shall constitute a quorum
for the transactton~of business and no action may be tsdcen by the Board unless it
is concurred in and adopted by th~ affirmative v'ot6s of at le'ast two members of
the Board.

I hereby certify that t~e foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the city council of t~e city of South San Francisco on the 15th d ay of
March, 194~, by the following vote:
