RES0~.UTION OPPOSING SALE,BY TilE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA OF DELINQUENT PROPERTY.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said City
Council hereby oppose~ the sale by the State of California of any or all of the proper
hereinafter described, by reason of the taxes against the land hereinafter described,
whic~ taxes are due to said City. The property hereinbefore referred to consists of
tho~ certain lots o~ parcels of lar~i situate in the city of South San Fmancisco, Count
San Msteo, State of California, and described as follows:
Lots numbered 18, 20, 38 and 40 Block numbered 7, and Lots 30,42,44.46, 48 in Block
numbered 6, as s~own upon that certain map entitled "Section West of Railroad of the
Town of Baden"A whic~ map was filed in the office of the ~ounty Recorder of the County
of San Mateo, ~alifornia, November 30, 1891, in Volume "E" of Maps at page 62.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a copy of this resolution to be delivered
to the Tax Collector of the County of San Mateo, State of California.
I hereby certify t~at t~e foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the city council of the city of South San ~ancisco, at a meeting held on
the 24th day of March, 1943, by tt~e following vote:
