~ESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO LEASING
ACRES OF LAND TO PETER MAZZANTI, TONY VAC~ AND
LAWRIE MAZZEI.
RESOLVED by the city council of the city of South San Francisco, that said city
lease to Peter Mazzanti, Tony Vago and Lawrie Mazzet, a copartnership doing business under
the lien name and style of Wildwood Farm, that certain tract or parcel of lar~ situate in
the city of South San Francisco and described as follows:
One and one-half (1~) acres of lani situate and lying in the Nortt~vest corner of
the 16.16 acre park tract of said city and extending westerly from the westerly line of
Eucalyptus Avenue, extended Southerly
for the teen of one year commencing on March 5, 1943, and ending on March 5, 1944, for the
annual rental of Twenty-five Dollars ($2~.00) per acre. That the lease to be executed,
pursuant to this resolution, shall contain a provision to the effect tt~at ss~d land shall
be used for no other purpose th~n that of raising vegetables thereon.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed in the name of
said city and under its seal to execute the lease hereby authorized'.
