RESOLUTION ADOPTING BUDGET AND APPROVING
FIRST SLT~PLE~ENTAL ~EMORANDUM OF AGREE¥,F. NT
FOR EXPENDITURE OF ¼ CENT GAS TAX.
WHEREAS,a first supplemental memorandum of agreement has been presented to be entered
into with the State of California in accordance with a project statement for expenditure of the
v cent gas tax for the fiscal year 1943 allocated ~or streets of major importance other than
State highways,in the City of South San Francisco;and
WHEREAS, the city council has heard read said agreement in full and is familiar with the
contents thereof;
THEREFORE,be it resolved by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said
project .Statement be and is hereby adopted as the budget of proposed expenditures of the ~ cent
gas tax allocated for streets of m.~jor importance other than State highways, and said agreement
be and the same is hereby approved and the mayor and city clerk are directed to sign the same on
behalf of said 8ity. said agreement to be bindin~ upon the City upon its execution by the
authorized officials of the State.
