Resolution by the city council
For application for new truck
RESOLUTION N0.896.
BE IT HESOLVED BE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO: That application
be filed with the Office of Defense Transportation for authority to purchase new truck
for purpose of maintenance of sewage disposal and street repair, and that said office
be petitioned to grant said application.
That t]is truck is required due to the great increase in population due
to war plants located within city limits and that it is absolutely essential to the
proper care and maintenance of the public health.
The Mayor of said city is hereby authorized to sign the application hereby
authorized.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the city council of the City of South San Francisco by the following
vote. Ayes, Councilme n, V,Boido,Oeorge W.Holston,Reese Lloyd, M,Minucciani,D.W.Ratto.
Noes, Councilmen.None, Absent, None. Attest Daniel McSweeney.
