IN RE CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF
INDUSTRIAL WAY.
RESOLUTION N0.897.
Resolved by the city Councilof the City of South San Francisco that said city
enter into an agreement with the State of California,Department of Public Works,Division
of Highways, for the construction and maintenance of improve~ent work on Industrial Way,
in said city, in the form submitted by John H.Ske~gs,Division Engineer in bis letter of
Nay 10.1943.
The ~iayor and City Clerk are hereby authoriz~d and directed,in behalg of said
city, to execute the agreement hereby authorized.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was eegularly introduced and adopted
by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,by the following vote;-
Ayes, Councilmen,V.Boido,George W.Holston,keese Lloyd, M.~inucciani,D,W.Ratto,
Noes~ Councilmen,None.
