AGREEYENT WITH SOUTHERN PACIFIC CONPANY AND THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
GRANTING TO SkID CIT~ OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
THE RIGHT O~ WAY TO CROSS THEIR RAILROAD.
Resolved by the City council of the City of South San Francisco that said city enter
into an agreement with Southern Pacific Company wherein provision is made for a grant of
a right to said city. to construct and maintain a highway on the right of way of said
southern Pacific ,Company at Butler Avenue in said city.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed, in behalf of
said city, to execute the agreement hereby authorized.
-~ i hereby certify that the forgoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the ~ity Council of the City of South San Francisco this 17th, day of May,194O, by the
following vote;-
