RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE Clrl~Z OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A DISCLAIMER
WHEREAS, the city of South San Francisco has been named a party defendant in an
action pending in the District Court of t~e United states in and for the Norhtern District
of California, Southern Division, entitled, "United States of America, Plaintiff, vs.
Certain land in the City of San Bruno, San Mateo County, State of California, Tanforan
Company, et al., Defendant. s, being No. 22204-S and
or

WHEREAS, it appears that the City of Souhh San Francis co tins no claim or interest in
to the lands subject of said action, except for suc~ taxes as become due after June
1943; and
WHEREAS, the Tax Collector of the City of South San Francisco advises that all taxes
and ~ assessments against said property have been paid for t~eperiod ending,June 30, 1943;
and
WHEREAS, the United States of America has had possession to said lands since tile 3r~
day of April, 1942;
as
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by t~e Council of the City of South San Francisco
follows:
That the City of South San Francisco has and makes no claim to any ri~t, title or
interest in or to the land subject of the above entitled action or in or to any compen-
sation which may be Awarded for the taking thereof, except as noted above, and tae City
Attorney of the City of South San Francisco is hereby directed and authorized to file an
appropriate Disclaimer in the above ~ntitled action.

I hereby certify t~at the above is full, true aud correct opy of a Resolution
adopted by the Council of the City of South San Francisco at its regular meeting held
on the 7 day of June, 1943.

The City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation of the State of Calif-
ornia, hereby disclaims all right, title and interest in the lands subject of this
action and any compensation to be awarded for the taking ti~ereof, except for such
municipal taxes on said property as become due after the first day of July, 1943.
A Resolution of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, author-
izing the filing of this Disclaimer, is hereto attacned.
