Whereas the City Council of the City of South San Francisco did, on the l~th day of
Nay,1943,pass its resolution of intention to abate the nuisance caused by weeds growinf
upon the streets described; and
Whereas no person has objected to or protested against the proposed removal of
said weeds;
Resolved by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the Street
Superintendent of said city be, and he is hereby ordered to abate said. nuisance
by having the weeds referred to in said resolution of intention removed.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resol~t~on was introduced and adopted
this 9th day of June,1943, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, by the following vote;-
Ayes, Councilmen,V.Boido,~.~inucciani,D.W.Ratto.
Noes,Councilmen, None.
