RESOLUTION OF THE $I'I~f COU?,;CIL OF TiLE CITY
OF S0~PH SAN ~RANCISCG 'APPROVING BAYSHORE
HIGHWAY FREF~AY AGRE~.,~NT.
WiflEREAS, the State of California, through its Department of Public Works, Division
of Highways, has presented an agreement entitled "Bayshore Highway Freeway Agreement"~
which concerns State Highway Route 68, between Third Street in San Francisco and the
southerly city limits of South San Francisco, and
WHEREAS, the city council has hear read said agreement in full a~d is familiar with
the contents thereof:
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the city council of the city of South San Francisco that
said agreement for State Higf~vay Route 88 be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor
and City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of said city.
