RESOLUTION CO1.,.iiPLYING WiTH THE CURRENT
TAX PAY~v~ENT ACT OF 1943.
Resolved by the City Council of the City of South San ~'rancisco that the City Clerk be,
and he is hereby suthoruzed and directed, for the purpose of complying with the provisions
of tt'e CI~REi~.T ~AX ~/'.Y~f. EET ACT OF 1943,to withhold from the salaries and wages payable
to all officers and employees of said city such sums of money, fror.~ time to time,as are
required by law to be withheld,and to deposit such sums of money and remit t~e same,from
time to time, as orovided by law and the regulations of the 'i'reasury ~epartment.
I hereby certify tLat the foregoin~ resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the~Cit, y of South San Francisco this ~nd day of
