V'~i~EREAS, a memorandum of a.~'ree~ent has been presented to be entered into with the State
of California in accoedance with a project statement for the expenditure of the ~ cent
tex for the fiscal year 1~ allocated for the streets of major ~mportance other than
State highways in the City of South San Francisco; and
~]~kE~.S, the cit~ council has heard read said a: re~ment in full and is familiar with
the contents t~ereof;
Therefore,be it resolved~by the city council of the City of South San Francisco that
said project statement be and it is~her~o~ adopted as t~e bud~Tet of proposed expenditures
of the ~ cen~ les tax allocated for streets of major ~mport~nce other than State higkways,
and ssid a~]reement be and the same is hereby a]~proved and the mayor and city clerk are
directed to sign the same on behalf of said city,said agreement to be bindin~ upon the city
upon its ~mecution by the authorized officials of the State.
I hereby certify that the foreFoinF~ resolution of the city council of the City of South
San Francisco was re~larly introduced and adopted by the city council of the Cit$~ of South
San ~rancisco, this e~th da~~ of August,l~[~, by tk~e following vote;-
