RESOLVED by the City Council of tt~e City of South San ~ancisco that the City Attorney be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to release the land hereinafter described from the lien of the judgment in tt~e action in the Superior Court of the State of California, in and for the County of San ~ateo, entitled: "City of South San Francisc~ a municipal corporation, plaintiff, vs. San Clara Valley Land Company, et al., defendant~ No. 8119," which judgment v~as entered on the ~th day of October, 19~l, and a copy thereo~ recorded on September 10, 1928, in the office of the County Recorder of said County of S~ Nateo in Volume ~8 of Official Records at page ~38. The land hereinbefore referred to consists of the following: All thosecertain lots or parcels of land situate in the City of South San Franc~ County of San Mateo~ State of California, and described as follows: Block 4, Lots ~, 10, 1~, 23, 25. Block 5: Lots 14, 16, 17, 19~,21;~ Block 8: Lots 8, 10, 2~,24; Block 8: Lots'13, 1~, 18~ ~0, ~, ~4, ~8, ~8, 30, ~0, ~,44. Block 9: Lots 9, 1~5~ 18, 17, 18, 19, ~0, ~1, ~, ~4. Block 10: Lots 8. 10, 1~, 14.
