RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE
CITY ATTORNEY TO CO~*~ENCE ACTION AGA~INST BARRETT & HILP.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that tt~e City
Attorney be, and he is hereby authorized to commence an appropriate action in the
Superior Cou~t of the State of California, in and for the County of San Mateo,
against Barrett and 'Hilp to abate the nuisance caused by said Barrett and Hilp by re-
ason of tt~eir action in interfering with tt~e flow of outfall sewers in said City and.
also by reason of their action in interfering with the flow of waters in any stream
or channel in said City, where such waters have heretofore been accustomed to flow.
The Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to verify any complaint or other
pleadin~ whict~ may become necessary in such action.

by the city council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting of said
