RESOLUTION FIXING TAX RATE FOR FISCAL YEAR
19~- 1944
RESOLVED by t~e City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the number of
cents to be paid to sai~d city of South San Francisco upon each one hundred dollars
($100.00) of the property taxable by said municipality within said city of South San
Francisco, and hereby levied upon for t~e purposes of the several funds hereinafter
named for the fiscal year beginning July l, 1943, and ending June 30, 1944, be, and
the same are designated as follows:
ON ALL PROPERTY CONTAINED WITHIN THE ORIGINAL CORPORATE
BOU~)ARIES OF SAID CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO.
General fund
Fund for ti~e payment of municipal
improvement sewer bonds, Series 1913
Library fund

Fund for the payment of the municipal
improvement bonds, Series I919

And said .city council hereby fixes the rate of taxes of sa~d city at the sum of
One and 49/100 Dollars (~1.49 upon each one hundred dollars (~100.00 of the property
taxable by said municipality and contained within the original corporate boundaries
of said City of South San Francisco, the s~me being the a~gregate of the amounts
set opposit the foregoing funds, and hereby levies the sum of One and 49/100 Dollars
($1.49) upon each one hundred dollars :$100.00 of all the property taxable by said
municipality and contained within the original corporate boundaries of said City of
Jouth San Francisco, and orders the same to be-collected.

One and 4V/100 Dollars ~j~l.4V upon each one hundred dollars (~$100.00) of the property
taxable by said municipality whi&n is contained within the corporate boundaries of
the land annexed to said City of South San Francisco by a special election held
~arch 13. 1916. the same being the aggregate of the funds last hereinbefore set forth
and heresy lev~es the muu of One and 4V/100 Dollars (.$1.47) upon each one hundred
dollars (~100.00) of al~ t~he property taxable by said municipality within the bound-
aries of the land annexed to said City of South San Francisco, as aforesaid, and orders
the same to be collected.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the city council of t~e city of south San Francisco, this 7th day of September, 19~3,
by the following vote:
