RESOLUTION VACATING RESOLUTION NO. 922
WITH REFERENCE TO AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO~. 137 OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRAN-
CISC0, ADOPTED FEBRUARY 21, 1944.
Resolved by the city council of the City of South San Francisco that Resolution
No. 922, providing for the ref. erence of a proposed ordinance to amend Ordinance No.
137 of the City of South San ~'rancisco entitled: "An ordinance establishing industrial,
business and residential districts in t~e City of South San Francisco and expressly re-
pealing Ordinance No. ll7 of the City of South San Francisco," passed ~ay 4, 1925, whic~
resolution was adopted by the city council of the City of South San Francisco on the
21st day of February, 194~, be, and the said resolution hereby is vacated and set aside.
