RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL, SITTING AS A BOARD OF
EQUALIZATION SETTING TII~E AND PLACE OF i~/ETING.
W~EREAS the City Council of t~e City of South San Francisco, ~itting as a Board of
EQualization, has received notice that certain tracts of land in said City of South San
Francisco have escaped assessment for the fiscal year commencing July l, 1943, and ending
June 30, 1944, and said City 0ouncil has directed the Assessor of said City to place said
tracts of land on the assessment roll for said fiscal year and to assess the same:
RESOLVED by said City Council, sitting as a Board of~Eq~al~zation, that Tuesday,
the 14th d~.y of ~,~arch, 1944, at the hour~ of 7:30 o' clock p. m., and the Council Ctmzaber
in the City Hall in said City of South oan Francisco, be, and the same hereby are fixed
as the time and place when and where said city council will meet and sit as a .6card of
Equalization for the purpose of hearinE cmuplaints, and to correct, modify or strike out
any assessments made b,r the Assessor u~-?on said lmud.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to oublish a notice of said hearing by one in-
sertion in "The Enterprise", a weekly newspaper of general circulation published and
circulated in said city, not less than five (5) days before the date herein set for said
he ari ng.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was re~larly introduced and adopted
by the City Co~macil of the City of South San ~rancisco, sitting as a Board of Equalization,
