REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE
DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS TO
UNDERTAKE THE LEAD AND ASBESTOS ABATEMENT
FOR 339-341 COMMERCIAL AVENUE AND ACCEPTING
THE BID IN THE AMOUNT OF TWENTY-EIGHT
THOUSAND DOLLARS FROM CST ENVIRONMENTAL INC.
WHEREAS, the Agency Board desires to undertake the measures necessary to abate lead
and asbestos at 339-341 Commercial Avenue as required by federal law and as necessary for the
health and safety of future occupants.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
South San Francisco that the Redevelopment Agency hereby authorizes the Executive Director to
..... execute required documents to undertake the lead and asbestos abatement for 339-341
Commercial Avenue and accepts the bid for the abatement work in the amount of twenty-eight
thousand dollars from CST Environmental Inc.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco at a Regular meeting held on the 23rd
day of February, 2000 by the following vote:
AYES: Boardmembers James L. Datzman, Eugene R. Mullin, and John R. Penna
Vice Chair Joseph A. Fernekes and Chair Karyl Matsumoto
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
