RESOLUTION OF Th~ CITY O? ,SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF MAIN
SANITARY S~¥ERS ON PROPERTY ACQUIRE~ BY HENRY
DOELGER.
WHRlqEAS Henry Doelger, Builder, a corporation proposes to acquire a certain
tract of land situate in the southerly portion of the city of South San Francisco and
to subdivide said land into loss for the purpose of building dwelling houses thereon;
and
WHEREAS it will be necess'ary to construct certain main sewers at said tract
for the purposes of sanitation; and
WHEREA2 all said land has been taxed to pay indebtedness heretofore incurred by
said city for 2he construction of main sewers in said city;
RESOLVED by the city council of the city of South San Frsmcisco that it is the
intention of said city to participate in the construction of main sanitar~y sewers at
and in said tract of land to the extent of seven thousand dollars (:$7000.00).

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the city council of the city of oouth San Francisco this 14th day of ~.,~arch,

hereby estimated at not to exceed the follow!n7 sum:

I further certify that said lands or any part thereof are not now subject to
any special assessments which have not been paid in full; that this certificate does
not include any assessment of any assessment district, bonds of which have not yet
become a lien against said land or any part thereof.
