ZONING 0RDINANCE.
RESOLVED by the city council of t~e City of South San Francisco that said City
Council hereby refers to the Planning Commission of the City of South San Francisco
proposition to amend ordinance ~o. 137 of the City of South San Francisco entitled:
"An ordinance establishing indistrial, business and residential districts in the
of SOuth San Francisco and expressly repealir~g ordinance No. ll7 of'the City of Scut
"passed ~ay 4, 1925, by aSding th~eto a new section, which shall read
San Francisco, .
as follows:
Section 3 1/2. Notwithstanding anything contained in sections 1, 2 and 3 of sa
ordinance NO. 13V, all the territory of said City of South San Francisco next herein
after described is hereby declared and determine5 to be a residential district in sa
city. The territory hereinbefore referred to is designated as follows: Co~v~uencing
at the intersection of the northerly line of Railroad Avenue with the center line of
Linden Avenue; thence at right angles northerly along the center line of Linden Avert
to the center line of Co.m~.ercial Avenue produced easterly; thence at right anzles ea
erly along the center line of Commercial Avenue produced easterly to the center line
Cypress Avenue produced southerly; thence northerly along the center line of Cypress
Avenue, as produced southerly, to the center line of Baden Aven~e; thence easterly
along the center line of ~aden Avenue to the westerly line of Bayshore Highway; then
southerly along the westerly line of Bayshore H!gt~,vay to the northerly line of Railr
Avenue, as produced easterly; thence westerly along the nor~!ierly line of Railroad
Avenue, as produced easterly, to the center line of Linden Avenue and'ooint of begin

said Ordinance No. 1J7 and make a tentative report thereon and to hold a public hear

thereon to said city council.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was re~larly introduced and
