REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO
THE CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH KATZ
HOLLIS FOR PREPARATION OF PLAN AMENDMENT FOR
THE SECOND PLAN AMENDMENT FOR EL CAMINO
CORRIDOR REDEVELOPMENT PLAN
WHEREAS, the approval of this first amendment to the consultant services contact with
KatzHollis will provide necessary assistance to staff to complete the necessary steps remaining in
the Plan Amendment process; and
WHEREAS, the amendment to the agreement will provide a total contract of $72,500.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
South San Francisco that the Redevelopment Agency approves the First Amendment to the
Consultant Services Agreement with Katz Hollis for preparation of Plan Amendment for the
Second Plan Amendment for E1 Camino Corridor Redevelopment.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco at a Regular meeting held on the
8th day of March , 2000 by the following vote:
AYES: Boardmembers James L. Datzman, Eugene R. Mullin and John R. Penna,
Vice Chair Joseph A. Ferneks and Chair Karyl Matsumoto
NOES: None.
ABSTAIN: None.
ABSENT: None.
