RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, sitting as a Board of Equalization,
that the Assessor of said City of South San Francisco be, and he is hereby required to place upon the
assessment roll of said City of South San Francisco, for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1944, and ending
June 30, 1945, the property hereinafter described and to assess said property for the purposes of taxation
by said city for said fiscal year.
The land heretofore referred to consists of land situate in the City of South San Francisco,
County of San Mateo, State of Oalifornia, and described as follows~
TRACT A
Parcel One, Zone G, consisting of T~elve Thousand, Four Hundred TWenty-six (12,426) acres, as shown upon
the official map of the said City of South San Francisco; Parcel Three, Zone G, consisting of Six Thousand,
One Hundred Seventy-one (6,171) acres, as shown upon the official map of the said City of South San Francisco.

COMMENCING at the intersection corner common to Sections 27, 28, 33 and 34, Township 3 South,
Range 5 West, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, running thence North 700 feet and East 1842.031 feet to the

and distances around the perimeter of the island, which courses coincide with G. F. Allard's notes of
Belair I~land and coincide very closely to physical survey made by Punnett, Parez & Hutchinson in July, 1942,
