RESGEUTION ACCEPTING STREETS, ETC. SOUTHW00D

RES0~VED by the city council of the City of South San Francisco that the
work of constructing pavement, sidewalk, curbs and gutters on the streets shown
on Southwood Map No. 2, on file in the office of the County Recorder of the County
of San Mateo, California, be, and the same hereby is accepted upon the express con-
dition that American Homes Development Co. shall, not later tnau the list day of
June, 19~5, place a seal coat over and upon all the pavement in said streets, in
compliance with the specifications for seal coats, as required in the Standard
Specifications of the Division of Highways of the State of California, and upon
the further cor~ition that said American Homes Development Co. shall deposit with
the Treasurer of said City of South San Francisco the sum of $500.00 as security
that such seal coat shall b e placed on said pavement in accordance with the pro-
visions of this resolution.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the city council of the city of south san Francisco this 2nd day of
October, 1944, by the following vote:
