HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 959-1944 NO. 959 RIGHT OF WAY FOR A SAN BRUNO SEWER THROUGH SOU~H SAN FPANCISCO RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city hereby grants to the City of San Bruno, a municipal corporation in the County of San Mateo, State of California, permission to construct, operate and maintain a sanitary sewer in and through the land situate in the City of South San Franc~ sco, County of San Mateo, State of California, and described as follows~ A strip of land ten (10) feet in width, the center line of mhich is described as follows: Beginning at a point on the northwesterly line of Lot one (1) in Bleck thirty-three (33) as shown upon that certain map entitled~ "AMENDED PLAN OF THE B~.T.R AIR PARK SAN BRUNO STATION SAN MATE0 COUNTY CALIFORNIA.", which map was filed June 24, 1907 in Book 5 of Maps at page 10, in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County, distant five (5) feet south- westerly from the most northerly comer of said Lot one (1); thence north 29° 37' west a distance of One thousand four hundred seventy-three (1473) feet; thence north 7° 54' west a distance of eightj-hundred thirty-six (836) feet to the proposed control manhole on the proposed joint outfall sewer of San Bruno and South San Francisco, the basis of bearing for this course being the easterly line of Belle Air Park, considered as bearing north 5° 48' 08" west. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 18th day of October, 1944, by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen Victor Boido, Charles~K.
