THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
TO CANCEL TAXES ON CERTAIN TRACT
OF LAND.
WHEREAS it appears to the City C~ncil Of the City of South San Francisco that the
improvements constructed upon the land standing in the name of South San Francisco Land and Imp-
provement Company, a corporation~ and hereinafter designated, are not the property of said South
San Francisco Land and Improvement Company and that the assessment upon said improvements is
without legal foundation;
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco as follows:
The assessment for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1944, and ending June 30, 1945,
upon the improvements standing upon the 49.96 acre tract of said South San Francisco Land and
Improvement Company, in parcel 6 of zone D in said City of South San Francisco, is hereby cancelled,
and the taxes against said improvements, in the amount of $3552.50, are hereby cancelled; reference
is hereby made to said tax bill No. 117 for said fiscal year for the above mentioned item of taxes.
The asses~ent for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1944, and ending June 30, 1945,
upon the improvements standingupon the 20.87 acre tract of said South San Francisco Land and
Improvement Company, in parcel 4 of zone G in said City of South San Francisco, is hereby cancelled,
and the taxes against said improvements, in the amount of $1058.50, are hereby cancelled; reference
is hereby made to said tax bill No. 119 for said fiscal year for said last mentioned item of taxes.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resohtion was regularly introduced and adopted
by the city council of the City of South San Francisco, this 22 day of November, 1944,
