RESOLUTION NO. 968
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city hereby accepts
that certain deed wherein ~eo~W~illiams and F. F. Burrows, a partnership, as grantor, conveys to said
city of South San Francisco all that certain real property si~ate in said City of South San Francisco
and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Southwesterly prolongation of the Northwesterly line of Southwood
Drive, distant thereon South 50~ O0' 30" West 175.34 feet from the mo~t Southerly corner of
Lot 142, said Southwood Drive and Lot 142 being shown upon that certain map entitled "Southwood~
Nap No. 2, South San Francisco, Calif.," fdled in the office of the Recorder of the County
San Mateo, State of California, in Book ~4 of Maps at page
Thence from said point of beginning South 50~ 00' 30" ~est 85 feet; thence South 39° 59' 30"
East 60 feet; thence North 50° 00' 30" East 85feet; thence North 39° 59' 30" West 60 feet to
the point of beginning.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause said deed to be recorded in the office of the County
Recorder of said County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was.regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of ~outh San Francisco this 4th _ day of December, 1944, by the following vote:
