LAND & IMPROVEMENT CO. TO PARCEL OF LAND IN CONNECTION WITH

RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco t~t said city hereby accepts
that certain deed, dated November 8, 1944, wherein South San Francisco Land and Improvement Company
conveys to said City of South San Francisco all that certain tract or parcel of land situate in the
CitY of Sbuth San Francisco, County of San 'Mateo, State of California, and described as follows:
Ail that certain real property situated in the City of South San Francisco, State of
Californi'a, more particularly described as follows~
Begin at a point which bears North 0° 58' 5h~ Nest 15.%S feet and north 87° 23' East 909.93
~feet from a monument at its intersection with the.northeasterly production of the southeasterly line
of Tanforan Avenue which monument was set to mark the boundary between the Cities of South San Francisco
and San Bruno.
Running thence from said point of beginning North 2° 37' West 50 feet to a point thence North
87° 23' East 100 feet to a. point thence South 2° 37' East 100 feet to a point thence South 87° 23' Nest
100 feet 'to a point thence North 2° 37' Nest 50 feet to the point of beginning containing 0.23 acres of
land more or less.
That the City Clerk is hereby directed to cause said deed to be recorded in the office of the
County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, S,ate of California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 18th day of December, 1944, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen V. Boido, M. Minucciani, G, .W,Holston, C~ K. Elder, Ivan Hays.
