RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
CANCELLING THE ASSESSNENT TO CERTAIN REAL PRO~
PERTY NOW OWNF~ BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS the title to the land hereinafter described now vests in the State of California,
which property consists of all that certain lot or parcel of land situate in the City of South San
Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California, and described as follows:
Lot numbered seven (7) in Block numbered one hundred forty-seven (147), as shown upon!~hat
certain ma~ entitled: "South San Francisco, San Mateo Co. Cal. Plat No. 1", which map was filed in
the office of the County Recorder of the Co~mty of ~n Mateo, California, March 1, 1892, and record-
ed in Map Book No. 2 at page 52; and
WHEREAS the City Attorney of the City of South San Francisco has consented to the cancell-
ation of said assessment, as required by Sec~on 4986.2 of the Revenue and Taxation Code of the State
of California;
NOW, THEREFORE, resolved by the City Council of the City of South ~an Francisco that the
assessment against said property for said City of South San Francisco for the fiscal year commencing
July l, 1944, and ending June 30, 1945, be, and the same hereby is cancelled.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South ~an Francisco this 20th day of November, 1944.

CONSENT TO CANCELIATION OF ASSESSMENT
WHEREAS the title to Lot numbered seven (7) in Block numbered one hUndred forty-seven (147),
as shown upon that certain map entitled: "South S~ Francisco, San Mateo Co. Cal. Plat No. 1", which
map was filed in the office of the County Recerder of the County of San Mateo, Califc~nia, March 1,
1892, and recorded Lu Map Book No. 2, at page 52, now vests in the State of California;
NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the provisions of Section 4986.2 of the Revenue and Taxation
Code of the State of California, I hereby consent to the concellation of the taxes on said property
covered by the assessment of said property for said City of South San Francisco for the fiscal year
19 -194 .
