ACCEPTING A ~ FROM THE SOUTH ~tN FRANCISCO LAND AND
TMPROV~IENT ¢0. OF A PIECE OF LAND NEAR TANFORAN AVE.
AND BAYSHORE HIGHWAY FOR SEWER PURPOSES.
RESOL~ by the City Council of the City of South ~an Francisco that said city hereby accept
that certain deed, dated December 14, 1944, wherein ~outh San Francisco Land and Inprovement Company,
a corporation organiz'ed and existing under the laws of the ~tate of California, conveys to said City
of South San Francisco an easement for the construction and maintenance of a sewer upon all that
certain tract or'parcel of 'land situate in said City of ~outh San Francisco, County of ~an Mateo, State
of California, and described as follows~
A strip of land ten(lC) feet in width, five (5) feet on each side of that certain line
described as follows~
Beginning at a point which bears North 0° 58' 5~" West 15.55 feet North 87° 23' East 909.93
feet South 2° 37' ~ast 50 feet North 87° 23' East 100 feet and North 2o 37' West 22.61 feet from a
monument at its intersection with the northeasterly production of the southeasterly line of Tanforan
Avenue, which monument w~s set to mark the boundary between the Cities of South San Francisco and
San Bruno;
Running thence from said point of beginning ~outh 77° 18t East 1756.40 feet more or less to
a point on the westerly line of the Bayshore Highway.
The Oity Clerk is hereby requested to cause said deed to be recorded in the office of the
County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing r~solution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City ~uncil of the City of South San Francisco this 18th day of December, 1944, by the following vote~
