RESOLUTION NQ 971
ACCEPTING A DEED FROM THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO LAND AND IMPROVEMENT
COMPANY TO A STRIP OF LAND FOR AN FAS]~NT FOR SE~ER CONSTRUCTION.
RESOLVED by the City Council of. City of South San Francisco that said city hereby accepts that
certain deed, dated NoVember 8, 194~, wherein South San Fra~ncisco Land and Improvement Company conveys
to aaid City of South San Francisco an easement for the construction and maintenance of a sewer and a
road in 'and upon all that certain tract or parcel of land situate in said City of South San Francisco
and described as follows:
A strip of land thirty (30) feet in width, measured ten (10) feet at right angles northwest-
erly from the following described center line~
Beginning at a point in the easterly line of San Mateo Avenue distant thereon north 0° 58'5~;lgest
15.55 feet from a monument at its intersection with the northeasterly production of the southeasterly
line ef Tanforan Avenue, which monument was set to mark the boundary between the Cities of ~outh ~an Fran
cisCO and San Bruno~
Running thence from said point of beginning north 87° 23' east 909.93 feet tea point.
Which deed also conveys to said City of South San Francisco an easement for the construction and maintenane
of a sewer in and through all that certain tract or parcel of land situate in said ci.ty of South San
Francisco and described as follows:
A strip of land ten (10) feet in width, lying five (5) feet on each side of the following described
center line,
Beginning at a point which bears north O° 58' 54" west 15.55 feet and north 87° 23' east 859.93
feet from a monument in the easterly line of San Mateo Avenue at its intersection with the northeasterly
production of the southeasterly line of Tanforan Avenue, which mon,maent was set to mark the boundary
between the Cities of South San Francisco and San Bruno;
H~nning thence fr_om said point of beginning north 33° 005 east 1~O feet to a point.
That the City Clerk is hereby directed to cause said deed to be recorded in the office of the County
Recorder of the County of San M~teo, State of California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco, this 18th day of December, 1944, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen V. Boido, M. Minucciani, G. W. Holston, Charles K. Elder, Ivan N. Nays.
