REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
EXCLUSIVE NEGOTIATING RIGHTS AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, THE
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND TERRANOMICS
DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, City Council and Agency action will provide the authority to explore the
feasibility for the potential development of the Agency property at the comer of 200 Linden
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, if the recommendation is accepted by the Agency, it would lead to the
negotiation of a Disposition and Development Agreement for the reuse of this property; and
WHEREAS, the feasibility analysis for the reuse of the Central Fire Station site would
provide necessary information to guide the City Council in its decisions regarding the reuse of
the fire station site, once the Central Fire station is relocated, which is now in the planning
stages.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
South San Francisco that it hereby authorizes the execution of an Exclusive Negotiating Rights
Agreement between the City of South San Francisco, the Redevelopment Agency and
Terranomics Development.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco at a Regular meeting held on the
22nd day of March , 2000 by the following vote:
AYES: Boardmembers James L. Datzman, Eugene R. Mullin and John R. Penna,
Vice Chair Joseph A. Fernekes and Chair Karyl Matsumoto
NOES: None.
ABSTAIN: None.
ABSENT: None.
