Ail said work shall be done at the location shown upon th~ plans hereinafter mcr. tioned, and strictly in accordance with the plans and specifications heretofore su0mitt by the works enilineer o£ said city for said work and hereby adopted for said work. No bid will be accepted from any contractor who has not been licensed in accord- ance with the provisions of an act of the Legislature of the State of California entitled: "An act providing for t~e registration of contractor, and defining the term contractor, providing the method of obtaining licenses to engage in the business of contracting, and fixing ti~e fees for such licenses; providing the method of suspension and cancellation of such licenses; and prescribing the punishment for violation of the provisions of 'this act."
