fore adopted by said City Council on the 13th day of V~arch, 1945, and are now on
file in the office of the City Clerk.
R~ference is hereby made to said plans, profiles and specifications for a
full des~ziption of said work and for the location and the extent of the work to be
done hereunder and for the grades to w~ich said work is to be done, and for a part-
icular description of the boundaries of the district herein mentioned.
Said city council does hereby dete~uine and declare that said proposed work
and improvements is of more than local or ordinary public benefit and will affect and
be~efit t~e lands and district hereinafter described, ,~b_ich said district is hereby
declared to be t!-~e district benefitted by said work and improvmuents and that t~aere-
fore the entire cost and expanses of said work and improvements s±~al! be and hereby

Notice is hereby given ti.~at serial bonds to represent un?aid assessments, and

in the manner 'provided b~y Division 10 of the Streets and [iighways Code, in the
Improvement Eond Act of 1915, and the last installment of such bonds s).mll ~at~me
fourteen (14) years from t~e second day of July next succcedin.fj ten (10) months from
their date.
The South Sm~ Francisco Journal, a newspaper of general circulation printed
and published in said city of South San Francf~sco, is hereby designated as the news-
paper in which this resolution of intention shall be published, and the city clerk is
hereby directed to cause this resolution of intention to be published by t~vo (~) in-
sertions in the manner and form required by law.
The Superintendent of Streets shall ca~e to be conspicuously posted along the
line of said contemplated work c,r improvements, and not more than three hu~dred (300)
feet in distance apart, along ali. the open streets within said district and in front
of all the property liable to be assessed and not more titan three (3) in all in eactm
street in said district, notices of the passage of this resolution of intention, in
the manner and form required by the "Improvement Act of 1011".
Notice is f~ereby given ti'~at, on ~onday, t~e 2nd day of April, 1~5, at t~e
hour of 8 0'Clod~ p. m. in the council chamber of said city council of the city of
South San I~rancisco, any and all persons h. avir~ any objections to the proposed work
and improvements may appear before said city council and s.~ow cause why said proposed
work and improvements should not be carried out in acc. ordmace with this resolution.
Except as herebefore provided, all of the herein proposed work shall be done
pursuant to an act of the Legislature of the State of California designated as
"Improvement Act of 1911".
